Mode of collection: Normal Postage/Registered/Meetup

We will invoice you via email once we have received your order.

Payment

Payment will be via Internet Banking or ATM transfer. Payment has to be made within 24 hrs after we have invoiced you.

Mode of Distribution

1)      Normal postage ($1.50 for the first item and 50 cents for any additional item)

2)      Registered postage  (additional $2.24 on top of the normal postage)

3)      Meetup at Tampines /Khatib/City Hall MRT Station

 Terms and Conditions

Please read these Information before submitting your order.

1) We do not accept swapping or trading of items.

2) We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail

3) Payment must be made after making your order before your order is considered as complete.

4) Prices are non negotiable.

5) All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.

6)We reserve the right to reject a transaction with any customer at our own discretion.

7) In the situation where goods are unable to be delivered to the customer (ie. Out of stocks), we will refund the money to the customer’s bank account number stated in the order format given.

8) No exchange or refund for delivered items is allowed.
